What are Your Fees?
The fees are $200-$250 per clinical hour. I accept the following methods of payment: cash, check and credit/debit card. I offer a sliding scale for self-pay clients who have financial hardship.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Clients are offered a regularly scheduled weekly time slot. For clients, having a specific time to meet is important for therapy because it is a time that is exclusively theirs. It is often difficult to fill that time with another client if there is not sufficient notice.
Clients must contact me 24 HOURS before a scheduled appointment or they are responsible for the FULL COST of
the therapy session.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network insurance provider. Insurance plans tend to offer some level of reimbursement, but please check with your insurance company prior to our first meeting for specifics regarding your plan and coverage. For those clients with out-of-network insurance coverage, you should expect to pay me agreed-upon fees directly and then seek reimbursement from the insurance company on the basis of my bill.
